Country Springs Equestrian Center offers riding lessons to match any riding style or level, for children and adults. We offer lessons in the Hunt Seat, Dressage and Western disciplines. All lessons are taught by a certified riding instructor, and aim to build a solid foundation of good horsemanship.
In lessons students are taught more than just how to ride. We believe that skills such as how to care for the horses and equipment, grooming, and tacking are important for each rider to master. Barn and horse care lessons are an integral part of being a good equestrian. These lessons may include horse bathing or feeding, tack cleaning, clipping and mane pulling, leg wrapping, blanketing, trailer loading, and many other important horse related subjects. Inclement weather provides a perfect opportunity to further a rider's knowledge of things outside of the saddle. For those who do not have their own horse, lesson horses are available to suit a wide variety of skill sets. Students are given many opportunities to enjoy the equestrian sport and utilize what they have learned outside of lessons. Such opportunities include shows, leases, practice rides, trail rides, camps, clinics, and much more. Please see our price list page for more information on lesson, showing and other riding prices. |
